Stuck Pixel on my Odyssey G8 OLED Monitor.

I would appreciate it if someone could advise me on how to repair a stuck pixel on my screen. The pixel is green and flickers occasionally. Could you also tell me how to contact Samsung?

navigate to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Panel Care and select Pixel Refresh.

It has worked for now, hopefully the pixel doesn't return. What's the chances of it returning?

With OLED monitors, pixel cleaning is basic user maintenance. So, if you don't do it often, the problem will recur.

I would check the manual and see if there are automatic settings for pixel care.

This is the case for all OLED monitors and TVs, due to how OLED operates. Personally, I own an Asus ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM, and there are a bunch of settings to prevent this from occurring. I'm sure Samsung has similar options.

Despite multiple pixel refreshes, a persistent dim pixel remains. Given the premium price paid for this monitor and the resulting distraction, I have contacted Samsung to request a warranty repair.

Before it's sent off, I'd recommend leaving it off for 24 hours and seeing if it's still there.

Did they replace it or covered it under warranty? i have the exact same issue with my asus monitor. And it had the same "darker" circle around the pixel exact same as yours. (I know warranty differs from one company to the other, but i just want to see how yours went through)
