Samsung has the Worst Customer Service EVER

I got the straight line constantly showing on my monitor that I spend over 700$ on it, still under warranty. 

For this four month, I keep contacting the CS but I NEVER GET BACK any solution!! Every time they said they will have higher manager help to solve my problem, and asking me to wait in my e-mail.  

For 4 month already! No solutions!  Worst CS experience ever.

Wrong. Samsung has a good. Costumer support. You should bring your faulty product to a near Samsung store from your country. Is your monitor if faulty. There is no way that the costumer support will help like that. Contact Samsung support and make an appointment. And they should help you like that. I'm sorry but I am an Samsung fan/user for over a decade and I had no problems relating on costumer support

This is a hardware fault not something that customer service can fix. Return your monitor.

Samsung Support by any other means other than going to an Experience Store is AWFUL

If you are lucky enough to live near one, great for you but the majority don't.

Samsung Customer Service is by far and away the worst experience I and many others have had the "pleasure" to experience.

Can you confirm your country? I suspect you may be in the US whereas this is the UK Forum so the laws are different here.

Well seems like just your problem with Low Skills. I never had problem One Time My S10e speakers died. I contacted Samsung and they gave me a very simple way to get it repaired is by sending with the mailbox. And they replaced for free even the warranty was out. + Bonus Credit for the next purchase. I never had problems relating to costumer support. Looks like that you Samsung haters are just jealous or having bad skills. Sorry but your wrong, im right. Trust. I am an Samsung user for over a decade. Started using Samsung since 2011.

No, disagree, Samsung support is garbage and they make decisions on inspections that are simply not true - inspection that never took place.  Shockingly bad
