Samsung Galaxy Book 2 recovery software/image

Hi Guys,

I hope everyone is well!

I recently purchased a Galaxy Book 2 (NP750XED-KB2UK) and installed a 512GB SSD from the 256GB SSD that it came with.

Since my purchase of the laptop, the fingerprint reader does not work (Windows Hello option is not there) so I factory reset the machine, that didn't work so I did a clean install of Windows 11.

Is there a way of obtaining the recovery image/software? I've tried to download the Samsung recovery app from the MS store but it comes up with an error message that I do not have the recovery partition on the SSD. This is just to make sure it's not a driver/software issue, although I am sure it isn't.

The original SSD was wiped as I was planning to use it as a secondary drive to store other information.

Can someone advise?

TIA!

It's me again, I solved the ISO problem by downloading Windows 11 from the Microsoft site. The problem comes when you install it on the Book 3 and start it because the Microsoft image does not contain the specific drivers for each model but only the generic ones and if you do not have the possibility of connecting the computer to the wired network (RJ45) the The installation hangs on the wireless network connection page. I overcame the problem by connecting my Galaxy Note 10+ smartphone to the Thunderbolt™ port configured as USB Tethering, thus completing the installation of Windows 11 complete with drivers for this model. One last thing the only working umput system is the USB mouse, so first of all connect the mouse to the USB port. bye
