Hi All,

Has anyone received their cashback yet? I got an email more than 2 months ago saying the cashback was coming in up to 2 weeks... Still nothing. Can anyone advise what to do, please?

'' The wait is nearly over!, Don't worry, we haven't forgotten about you. We're processing your claim as quickly as we can., Your cashback should be processed within the next 2 weeks. But we'll email you again once it's been issued., Thanks for your patience.''

Its £100 after buying a new Samsung A54. Thanks All.

Hi is this the summer cashback? I received mine on the very last day. It says it can take up to 30 days.. if it has gone past the predicted date then you should get in touch with samsung customer support and they'll have a look for you.

Could you let me know when you made the purchase? We've got quite a few promotions, so knowing the date will help me track down the specific one.
