Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!

Does the drive show in your BIOS or even Disk Management in Windows? If not, there's not a whole lot you can do. Reach out to Samsung support and see.

You may be able to roll back the update with a Windows recovery, but being unsure of the firmware, I don't know how well that will help.

I can recover with windows system restore point, do you think that'll do anything?

The only option could be to try. Make sure when doing the recovery you select the correct driver and the appropriate date.

anything else you would recommend? I got a tool kit to open my laptop and switch the nvme slots also gonna get an enclosure to test it like an external hard with another laptop too, but besides that, do you think anything else could help?

That would only help if the slot itself was the issue-

If you manage to get the ssd to show up you could uninstall the driver and manually reinstall the drivers from the samsung website

sorry that I'm asking so many questions, but if I manage to make the ssd show up, will the data not be there already? what's the need to reinstall the older driver?

Good point—only if the driver has made the SSD unstable, I mean.
