Samsung 970Evo Plus NVME Drive 1TB - Noise

Hi 

Could anyone advise on this weird issue with my drive 970Evo Plus NVME Drive 1TB, since I bought it it was emitting this weird screeching sound when data is being accessed/transfered or in general use. 

This is definitelly comming from the drive as it was tested with two diffrent PSU's, as well on different motherboards and in my laptop. 

I've got other brand drives in my PC and those are dead silent.

The problem you are facing is called coil wine. It is due to the fact that some parts on the modul vibrate while accesed by current.

This can happen with motherboards, gpus, ssds... ecc.. everything which is electronic.

If the noise is very high just return in and buy another one or ask for a replacement.
