Hello everyone
It's translated by Google, sorry in advance for English mistakes

I have just acquired the following config, purchased and climbed from LDLC (main IT seller in France)

Fractal Design Define R7 Solid
Asus Tuf Gaming B650 Plus
MSI MAG A850GL PCIe5
AMD Ryzen 7 7800x3d (4.2 GHz / 5.0 GHz)
Noctua NH-D15
Samsung SSD 980 PRO M.2 PCIe NVME 1 TO X 2
Corsair Vengeance DDR5 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) 6000 MHz
Asus ROG Stix GeForce RTX 4080 Super 16GB
Samsung 32 "Odyssey G5
Windows 11 Pro 64bits

And I have 2 big problems with the screen, it's exactly this one
https://www.ldlc.com/fiche/pb00554023.html

So I tell you the story in order
I unpack my computer I plug all the bazaar (with help because I have a handicap) with the DP supplied with the screen
I turn on to arrive on the Bios and install Win11 and there ... "no signal"
Good already starts to freak out then I take an HDMI and there the same "no signal" during loooong time and just before I throw myself out of the window I see the tuf logo of the cm
I come back down from my window (ahah) I adjust the bios, I install Win 11 and there we are in it, the screen is beautiful, I go from a 25 "60Hz to this 32" 144hz, the smile comes back

Not for a long time, after a few reboots after installing Drivers, the screen puts a minute to light up
I put the video below the reboot moment when the office arrives
https://youtu.be/ytaiq2us5444

We can briefly see the HDMI logo then the loss of signal, he tells me that he is putting himself in standby mode and after looooongues seconds the CM logo, I came back 25 years with boots of one minute
So does it come from the screen ?? CM ?? Because there a reboot of this duration is no!

The worst is yet to come
The screen has a psychopath coil Whine, a noise to drive crazy and want to explode it against a wall
I look a little on the net, some have that, their tips "Increase the brightness in the max" does nothing at home
If I turn it off or disconnect the HDMI the noise stops (logical)
The only thing I have found to reduce noise is modifying the frequency
Very strong at 144, moderate at 120 and low at 60, but I did not pay a screen 500 € for 60Hz
The 1/2 second black screen during the frequency change The noise stops

I put the video you put, I tried to capture the noise with my phone as well as possible, you will surely have to increase the sound but in real life the noise is excruciating, like a giant tinnitus
https://youtu.be/lxu__-dgtzq
The noise is around connectors

What could I do against that? Do I have to turn the screen to have another?

Sorry for the long text, and thank you for advances if someone has answers to my worries
