Please could you clarify cleaning QD-OLED monitors?

Here you suggest 70% ethanol solution for QD-OLED https://innovate.samsungdisplay.com/blog/how-to-clean-a-qd-oled-or-an-oled-screen/ but on your Youtube video you state to only use distilled water? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vAgaGRJM9nY

Hi @Members_j80eLIG and warm welcome 👋

I would only use microfiber cloth for dust or a bit damp microfiber cloth with a bit of water i would not suggest using ethanol, soap, or any cleaning solvent apart from water, as it can potentially damage the screen's protective coating, leading to issues like discoloration, degradation of the anti-glare layer, and even permanent harm, due to ethanol's strong solvent properties
