Odyssey G5 won't sleep

Hello

I bought a "Samsung Odyssey G5 27'' LED Curved WQHD FreeSync Premium Monitor with HDR" a couple of days ago. The monitor won't sleep when FreeSync is enabled. It wakes up the second it goes to sleep. The latest drivers and firmware has been updated. Can anyone help?

HDR is also very unstable and not persistent after boot.

hello, try: 

♥ please check sleep menu 

(Win) Settings → Personalization → Lock screen → Screen timeout settings → Power & sleep

♥ check if monitor has latest firmware from this - link

♥ try re-installing driver too from above link 

♥ try the reset | press jog button → menu → reset 

♥ turn off and on the monitor and (PC)

Thank you. The link you've provided is for the 32'' monitor. Was that a mistake? I'd installed it from the 27'' monitor's link.
