So, I have this weird issue that does not make sense to me. When I press the control > alt> delete command to bring up the lock screen so I can access the task manager and other commands, my screen goes right into sleep mode.
The same thing happens when my screen saver comes up. The monitor goes into sleep mode.
I have checked all my power settings on my PC and the monitor, and nothing is turned on to make my monitor go to sleep.
I went to check if there was a firmware update, but I cannot find my model on the Samsung website
Model S32CG550EN
Right now, I have software version: M-C5500GGZA-1002.1
Does anyone know if the issue with my monitors going into sleep mode is because I need a firmware update and which firmware update, should I get?
