New galaxy book s problems with audio

I recently got this model and have noticed that there is a clicking/crackling when I am listen to some videos. Is there anything I can do to stop it?

Try uninstalling the program. And then reinstalling it using Google play app store.

what program? I am experiencing the same issue on various websites, and it is never the video sound quality, but the actual laptop messing up the sound.
