hi i have the galaxy book 4 and it's not letting me set up a fingerprint

ik but I saw some videos on the same laptop and they have a fingerprint sensor

this is proof that there is a sensor

You should make sure that Windows Hello is enabled and that you have the latest drivers installed.
However, if you still can't set up your fingerprint, try deleting all existing fingerprints and restarting your computer. Then try setting up again.
