Monitor Odyssey G9 57'' - PIP mode doesn't allows you to use image quality features like Brightness Dimming

Hi, during July 2024 I bought the monitor Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 57” Dual UHD (not the 49 inchs version).

In PIP (Picture in Picture) mode the monitor doesn't allows me to use: Local Brightness Dimming, Contrast Enhancement, HDR, White Balance, Dynamic Brightness, nor Levels of black color.

Probably it's some failure in the firmware. I seriously hope Samsung will enable those features for PIP with some firmware update, PLEASE. This one of the most expensive monitor of Samsung and the firmware must be faultless.

My firmware is M-C9557GGPA-1007.0.

Looking online, there appear to be no solutions, and there is some sort of limitation somewhere—not only in Samsung monitors but in ultrawide monitors generally

But disabling the PIP all those feature of the monitor work corretly. For some reason the monitor disables them after enabling the PIP mode.

Yes! That also seems to be the case generally with PIP and ultrawides- for what I seen online in my 5 minute googling that is

That doesn't sound good. The image quality of this monitor is quite bad without those feature. It's unacceptable taking into account it's a very expensive monitor...

I had to add a negative review in Amazon too. I will try to inform everywhere about this monitor's issues to reduce the Samsung sells.
