Monitor does not start automatically

I have just purchased a S27C36 monitor which I used with my Windows 11 PC together with a S27E510 monitor.

The new monitor will not start when I start the PC even after I have disabled the ECO feature. The drivers are up to date.

Also, how does one get hold of Samsung product support?

I have the same problem...I follow all the steps, unplug, change the HDMI cable, restar the laptopt, etc Nothing works!

Were  you able to fix yurs?
