Hi all,
We got Samsung Portable T7 SSDs at work. I am trying to update them because of some issues.
When I try to install Samsung Magician, I choose a language, then get the following error:
"INSTALLATION CANNOT CONTINUE: Another instance of the magician installer is already running. THis installation process will exit, or you can try running the installation as Administrator."
I have tried running it from the SSD. I've tried downloading it from the website and using that installer. Tried putting the exe in different locations. I have tried Administrator. I cannot find anything online about this.
Task Manager does not show multiple installer running. At all. I have rebooted multiple times.
