How to get into "F4" to reset til Factory default.

I try to get into the "Recovery menu" and repeatly press "F4" as I power on.

The laptop just boot to the logo and under the logo write "Please wait".

When I press "F2" I do get into the BIOS.

I'd be happy for any help

@Jesper C: Please can you confirm the model number of the device you're attempting to boot into Recovery Mode, and I will look into this further for you?

@AndrewL: The full model/number is NP750XDA-KD2SE. It's from "09.2021"
