Help I need a monitor repair!

Hi I live in Northern Ireland. My son has damaged the screen of a Samsung Odyssey Neo G8 S32BG85 and needs a replacement screen. I contacted Samsung authorised repair centre and it was suggested the repair would be too expensive and that was that. Where can I get a repair??

Yes the screen is shattered the monior is still working fine.

Have the Service Centre had chance to physically inspect the Monitor?

No they suggested it would be not worth my while arranging the return and repair.

Hello I'm not sure if you'll see this but just to ask did you end up getting the monitor fixed in the end.

My G8 Neo front panel is also damaged but still fully functioning, the repair is much so I was looking at alternatives

Hi thanks for the message. The quote I received was £600 (dearer because of the curve) it was better to purchase a newer model. I do think Samsung should look into cheaper repairs. It was just a waste for the environment.
