Hello. I have a Samsung Galaxy Book go which was running a little slow so I decided to do a reset on it. After the reset completed and windows had reinstalled there was no Wi-Fi available on the laptop I suspect it is missing drivers such as Wi-Fi and LTE driver only Bluetooth is available on the laptop now. I can’t find these drivers anywhere at all and I contacted support and they offered very little to no help. Samsung doesn’t offer a recovery windows download. How can I fix this? The laptop is totally bricked just because of some missing drivers.

I have the same problem - with not one but 2 Samsung laptops. The first one lost the webcam and the other won lost the network driver. No yellow triangles in the device manager - drivers are just...gone. I did not do a reset or anything. I put my laptop aside for a few hours with the lid closed and when I got back to it - I had no internet and no network driver. Just gone...poof.

This is the easiest solution. Resetting the PC will re-install windows and the drivers. You can choose to keep your Document, Downloads etc but will have to reinstall applications. I have just done this and it is now perfect.

I had the same issue. I know this is an old question but for those searching with the same issue. I found a solution (after frustrating chats)
On the reset I had no wifi options. I have a phone that allows for USB tethering. I did have to try a few cables until I found one that was data and not just charging. This allowed me to finish the reset.
However, after the install I had to "help" the PC discover my wifi network card.
Run all the windows updates first, and samsung updates if it works for your model.
If you still do not have a wifi adapter showing.
Open Device Manager. You can find it by typing in the search bar
Click View and select hidden devices,
Scroll through the list and look for anything saying unknown device
If you find one, right click and select either search for driver or update driver. Use the search automatically option.
Mine was Qualcomm Wifi adapater and after installing the drivers, my wifi adapter was now showing in the network center.

Thanks Jeanie , it worked for my galaxy book go(NP340XLA-KA1CA) . (Model no is available at the backside of laptop.0
First of all I shared internet by USB tethering from my phone .
Then , check for updates and update all.
after that in device manage>>View>>Show Hidden Networks>>Right click in Network Adapters>>Update Drivers>>Done
Now Wi-Fi option is back again.

I did a reset on my Galaxy Book Go LTE today. I came here because my Wi-Fi adapter was missing. I found a solution by going to Device Manager, looking for hidden devices. There, I found an unknown adapter under Other devices, which I selected to update, and my Qualcomm adapter and Wi-Fi adapter appeared
