Hello. I have a Samsung Galaxy Book go which was running a little slow so I decided to do a reset on it. After the reset completed and windows had reinstalled there was no Wi-Fi available on the laptop I suspect it is missing drivers such as Wi-Fi and LTE driver only Bluetooth is available on the laptop now. I can’t find these drivers anywhere at all and I contacted support and they offered very little to no help. Samsung doesn’t offer a recovery windows download. How can I fix this? The laptop is totally bricked just because of some missing drivers.

The drivers are not in the device manager at all. They are totally missing from the laptop

I have tried that. It doesn’t show any missing drivers. It’s like the drivers never existed

I have already tried Samsung update. It just tells me this laptop is supported with windows updates. I connect the laptop to my phone via Bluetooth access point, it’s the only way I can get internet on it. I install all the windows updates and it still doesn’t put the drivers on for me. Really looks like it’s bricked.

It’s windows 11 64 bit. It came with the laptop when I purchased it new.
