Hello. I have a Samsung Galaxy Book go which was running a little slow so I decided to do a reset on it. After the reset completed and windows had reinstalled there was no Wi-Fi available on the laptop I suspect it is missing drivers such as Wi-Fi and LTE driver only Bluetooth is available on the laptop now. I can’t find these drivers anywhere at all and I contacted support and they offered very little to no help. Samsung doesn’t offer a recovery windows download. How can I fix this? The laptop is totally bricked just because of some missing drivers.

Already tried that. It’s not the correct driver as this laptop uses an ARM processor

Yeah I already tried those none are for the model I have. I have looked myself all over the internet. But really does seem this laptop is bricked now just because Samsung don’t offer a recovery iso for there laptops. Oh well thanks for your efforts anyways much appreciated

I am in the exact same situation as you. Factory wiped my NP345XLA and now i cant connect it to the internet to complete updates etc as there are no drivers available for the wifi or the lan port. Samsung support told me to connect it to microsoft store for the samsung app... but this is not possible because it can't connect to the internet.
This is so stupid. Samsung please sort this out. This laptop uses the snapdragon CPU so it wont even detect an USB wifi adaptor. It wont even boot from a USB to install windows10.
I've never came accross so much trouble installing windows on a laptop. Seriously not happy
Please put drivers for the hardware you supply on your product support page.
Also train your web chat reps to just get to the point instead of waisting 20mins just telling people they will help with the issue repeatedly.

I can feel you. I have exactly the same problem. And I am tired to find any solution on this. Samsung does not help and do not provide the drivers and Qualcomm wants you to contact the device's manufacturer, they also do not provide the drivers. Think this is the Funeral for my Galaxy Book Go.
