G7 help

Hi all just recently brought a G7 odyssey but when i try and put my model code in to look for latest firmware it can't find it so was hoping someone can point me in the right direction my model code is S28AG700NUXXO.

Are you using capitals
And using the letter O
And not zero 0

Hi Steve, thanks for the response. Yes, I'm using capitals, and I'm using the number 0 and not the letter O

Are you entering the correct code ie model code beginning with letter L
Looking at the image you posted

Hi Steve yeah think I have sorted it now I was using the American site instead of the uk. But im having problems I can download the 1009.0 file but i can't save it or burn image does anyone know where i can get that file from.. to put on my usb stick.
