I recently purchased a Samsung S 23 FE from your Samsung Shop online and the phone started hanging with the battery expiring within 2 hours. I called the service center and they guided me to visit the service center.
Now I have realized that a USED / DEFECTIVE / FAKE phone was sold to me with a software glitch under the garb of a new product as stated by your team that 128 GB out of 256 was used which contained 10 images and few documents and out of the blue today everything is ok with my phone.
It was an utter shock to me that I reposed faith in the brand Samsung as I decided to carry this phone for my abroad studies in the UK but now I feel cheated that I have been robbed of my hard-earned, student money. I have an audio recording from your Authorized customer service center and can prove my statements.
Please be requested to send me the NEW HANDSET or return my hard-earned money with the due compensation.
Your policy says that'll you reply within 24 hours but I haven't received any reply to my emails.
Hopefully, you’ll safeguard the brand name and not allow your team to cheat other customers who have immense faith in the brand.
