Samsung! Can you make it possible for us to do a downgrade on firmware for our monitors? The reason why i ask this is because after updating my screen to 2000.02 i have problem when i play some spesific games in fullscreen and exit the screen turns black. I either have to press ctrl, windows, shift,b or pull out the dp cable to get it going again. I didnt have this issue before updating. I have tried differen solution with graphic drivers etc, but nothing works. Now im using a HDMI that works but it takes away the full potential of the screen. Dont like it at all. This screen cost me 22k NOK which is a very pricey for a monitor that shouldn't have this problem in the first place. SO PLEASE LET UT DOWNGRADE TO AN OLDER FIRMWARE! :winking-face: or better just fix the problem.

Hi and welcome, £22k wow.

You can try searching Samsung support, and downloads, usually to old level is still around, but I think you will always get a "cant install an older level firmware".

Guess due to Tizen O/S.

Hey. Thank you :smiling-face: Its 22k in Norwegian currency. Thats about 1.500£. :smiling-face: Thats to bad because i didnt have any issue with the old firmware. I expect to have more frequent support/updates on something pricey as this. Im actually thinking of sending it back and go for another brand. Really dont want to but if i need to wait several months or a year for a fix its not worth it in my opinion.
