Hi,
Today, I bought a new SSD and I was trying to register it for warrenty, but after entering the SN, I when I give my model number it says that it cant find any product.
For product, Portable SSD T7 1TB.
Can you please tell me what is the problem?

Model number should look something like this in your case: MU-PC1T0T/WW. Try typing it in letter by letter.
Did you correctly input the correct model number? This is not the same as the model name, which is "Samsung T7 1TB Portable SSD".
Make sure you've bought a genuine Samsung drive and not a fake copy off eBay.
