My curved monitor won’t allow me to access certain menu items

whenever I try to access the game, picture, onscreen display, and information, menus it doesn’t work. The only one that does work is the system. All others are blanked out and won’t allow me to select them. Any help would be great. I don’t know which number to give so I’ll give all of the ones on the back lol.
