Hello, First post, hoping someone can help.
I have recently bought the Book 3 360. All was good but now when i try and use the air command panel the create note and open all notes does not work. I have done a number of complete resets. When a reset is done it does work to begin with but i think it stops with the Windows updates. I have tried uninstalling updates but doesn't help. Any ideas?

I'll try again with Samsung support but last time it was just a matter of going through a crib sheet. Thanks for trying.

You mean the Aircommand works correctly for you ?

Have no idea how you nade this also, but i till have this problem.
I watched strange thing, so if i create new user and login to it, the notes comes uo only once, and if i switched back to my acoount when log off from new user, i see the message "AircommandEngine.exe - The Application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). But this message comes only when log off from new user. So the notes comes once and never again till new user deletion.
Strange that is problem quite seldom

Solved. How ? - have no idea .
What i did ? - same as i did hundred times alredy, uninstalled the original Air Command (wgich is possible to get only via Samsung Update in my case), installed the Air Command from store and it does not work, installed the original Air Command using Samsung Update again, uninstalled the Microsoft whiteboard..
So it was a mess of chaotic actions and finally it worked for me - so when i press the buttons create note and show all notes from air command menu, the following action is normally appearing
