870 EVO 500 GB Halved Random Read & write speed (IOPS) in 3 months

SSD Model- Samsung 870 Evo 500 GB
Benchmark Used- Samsung Magician
Problem- 
3 Month old SSD
Slow Sequential Write (300-400 MB/s instead of 500)
1/5th of Random Read & Write Speed (IOPS) (15k-16k instead of 80k-90k)
Solutions Tried-
Trim enabled
AHCI Supported 
SATA 3 Interface
Write Cache enabled in Device Manager
Reinstalled Magician
Classify and other troubleshooting

Help Needed -
Is there is any solution which i can apply to fix this problem?
If not, am i eligible for RMA as this product is just 3 months old?

Someone please help and guide me through this. I would be very grateful.

I have the same problem with my 870 evo 250GB but just after 2 weeks , i have tried to install new windows it was solved just for 2 weeks and the speed went down again .
Pls if u found a fix let me know

Mam tenhle 1 gigivej a ve      s.m.a.r.t.u má víc chyb nez hdd po pěti letech. Proč tu nikde není firmware na UEFI

migrovat data nebudu
