I purchased a K-950 Soundbar at the end of 2018 and within 11 months ot failed. I had it repaired with genuine Samsung parts through a Samsung repair specialist in OIxfordshire only to have it fail again within 4 months. Each time the bluetooth module failed costing £95.00 and £48.00 on the second visit. Despite complainning to Samsung that this should not happen they would not cover the second labour cost of £48.00. I can only conclude that this unit is of inferior quality and I would not reccomend anyone buying this product. Talking to a few friends I discoverd others also have had issues with Samsung soundbars.
Although TV's are good stay clear of Soundbars in my opinion.
