Some of the TV apps have stopped working:

All 4: Says "Something is not working. Please try again in a few minutes" I have done this over several days. The app is still not working.

BBC i-Player. Despite some help from Samsung this has never worked properly for long (intermittent Fault?) The pictures only shows on a quarter of the screen. Now it will not work at all "i-player currently not available"

ITV hub: Still seems to work normally

My Five: it invites me to update the app but when I try to do so it won't let me

Do I need to update the apps or other software (It says that there is no software update available) Can you please provide some step-by-step instruction on how to do whatever is necessary to put this problem right.

same problem- I guess the unit is too old and apps appear to be 4/5 years out of date!

Also same problem, it's about time samsung sorted this poblem out. people should not be expected to buy a new unit to resolve a software problem.
