Screen issues with QE65Q800TATXXH

Hello,

I recently purchased a used QE65Q800 8K TV, and I've noticed darker spots appearing on the screen, especially on white colors. Is this normal?

When I run the built-in self-diagnostic video and picture tests, everything appears fine.

Since I bought it from a shop, and they give me 3 months warranty, I do have the option to return it (They weren’t very happy when I told them about it, they told that TV is in perfectly working condition).

No, this isn't normal. This is a backlighting issue, and you should return it. Apologies for the lack of helpful tips, but the best thing to do is replace it.

"They told that TV is in perfectly working condition" is outrageous. A premium TV doesn't look like that without a fault.

And they told me that they sold around five 8K TVs, all of which had this issue, and no one besides me wanted to return it. Shady guys
