I just bought this Samsung soundbar bar HW-Q800A but the center speaker keep making distorted or cracking sound. I have tried every fix I read online, nothing seems to work. When I put the soundbar on standard mode, it work flawless but any other mode makes me wanna pell of my skin.
Please I would appreciate any help in solving this problem.

Not at all, just troubleshooting from email. Nothing personal. Just try the reset then, I have a q600b which was very low when I got it, and it took a couple of weeks to get it straight. For so e reason I connected Bluetooth, when fed up with eArc, then after that eArc seemed to wake up.

Cool, I'll try connecting via Bluetooth and Wifi as well to see if that makes any difference. Thanks again 🙂

Put your favourite Bluetooth or stream film on and mess about. If you have a Samsung TV the equaliser is in sound expert settings , but it works from the app as well. I have my woofer at -2 at most, and it gives great bass without booming. Good luck, and let me know if it helped.im not Samsung, but been messing with noise for over 40 yrs 🙃

Thank you for your time. I've used the Sonos soundbar and sub for years, bought this Samsung one for my spare room. So far it is extremely underwhelming, both sound quality and bass is rubbish, but maybe I've been spoilt with Sonos 😄

I'm just watching Dune and can't put volume past 8, but in evening, I can't put it past 20 without worrying about my neighbour. I only have a q600b with added rears, and the surround is great especially dtsX. I don't care as much for Atmos, but wanted a 5.1 set up. This is more than capable. I've not had Sonos, and imagine they would sound good. Hope your system behaves soon, or I would contact them.
