S60D compatibility with 9500s

The samsung page says compatible with 9500s but seeing complaint on reddit that they will not connect. Would love some clarification.

If the SWA-9500S is not compatible, Samsung offers other rear speaker kits, such as the SWA-9200S, which may be compatible with the S60D.​
