Hi, I have a Q60T soundbar and the AU9000 tv which both support Q Symphony? Ive had engineer out twice. Tried new board replacement but didn't rectify. They are waiting on a Q&A from Samsung which is taking weeks to get a response. Have tried with Hdmi and Optical.

I have a QN900A TV paired with a Q900T sound bar. The tv+sound bar option appears in the sound options, though when selected only sound comes out of the sound bar. Local Samsung repairer unable to come up with any suggestions so back to Samsung. They have been attempting to resolve this issue for 4 weeks. Has anyone had the same problem?
