Hi!
My TV QN55LS03B is connected on the Soundbar HW-Q600C using the HDMI eARC connection. Q-Symphony was working fine, but it has stopped to work properly.
TV Speakers work fine alone, Soundbar works fine alone, but they stopped to work together. When I select the Q-Symphony option, I hear only the Soundbar sound.
Brazilian Samsung support recommended me to go to a Support service, but there is a single place in the city I live and they offer a terrible service.

I have exactly the same problem, although the TV speakers never worked when TV+Soundbar is selected. I only barely hear scratchy sounds from the TV speakers with the Q Symphony option.

Oh no! That's bad. Unfortunately, Samsung doesn't care about it. Their Customer Service is terrible, at least in Brazil.
