Hi. I have just purchased the Samsung UE43CU7100 as it has the Multi Audio Output feature. I was hoping to be able to pair bluetooth hearing *****, whilst others can listen to the TV via the speakers. However, the TV can not seem to find the hearing ***** in the Bluetooth Devices list. They are in pairing mode, but they just won't connect. Has anyone had this issue and can assist please? It's the sole reason we purchased this TV, so we're very frustrated!

@StephAger: To begin with, please head to Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List > Place your Hearing Aid(s) in pairing mode, and select them from the list of the available devices.

Following this step, head to Settings > All Settings > General and Privacy > Accessibility > Multi-Output Audio, and select the hearing aid(s) from here. Let me know if this helps.
