Audio acting really weird

I have a Samsung TV, sound bar, woofer, and two rear speakers. It’s connected via eArc and the extra speakers are on Bluetooth. Over the last few weeks the sound has been doing weird things:

Continually saying “microphone on” and “microphone off” - will do this when TV is off.

Keeps changing inputs for the audio

Changes the volume on its own

Mutes and unmutes on its own

Sound cuts out without mute symbol appearing.

I have tried power cycling everything multiple times. I’ve unplugged and plugged all connections. I tried to hard reset the sound bar but it won’t reset when I press volume + and - at the same time. What should I do to get it to reset and/or what can I do to fix this issue?

Thanks for any help!

Sounds like a soundbar button issue, is anything touching it?

Assuming the firmware for the TV and Soundbar is up to date.

Maybe try a reset again but this time the TV also.

Thank you for your response. Nothing is touching the buttons, they face up toward the ceiling, and they will control the volume, just won’t do the reset. I will try again to reset both.

I know the firmware for the tv is up to date, but how can I tell if the firmware for the sound bar is up to date?

To check the soundbar firmware, go to the Smartthings then.
Tap the device
Tap 3 dots top right
Tap Information and then update.
