Q990C doesnt see 1004 update

Im on currently update 1003.6 and im getting weird few second sounds from my soundbar. I would like to fix this by update but I cant download the update. It says that there is no avable update. Please help

Hi,
You need to download manually from Samsung website and save it on USB, then upload it onto your soundbar. Do Google for instructions how to, if you can't find on Samsung website
