Good morning,

 I've purchased a soundbar q800t model and i am trying to connect the subwoofer, i tried for days now but still no luck with the ID SET button.

The blue light still keeps bleeping. 

Can someone help me and give me any advice,??

Turn the power off for minute and then try again

I tried that one as well ,and i tried to plug the soundbar first then after subwoofer and still not working 😔

Call samsung customer service then it may be some hardware issue and only they can sort out for you

Turn everything including the TV off and try, I had the same issue with my Q900A.

The tv is not connected, i am trying between soundbar and subwoofer, i will try again tonight and try to see what software i have ,thanks thow

Ok but why are you trying to pair the sub and bar without a source?

Because they don't connect with each other,,i have sound only on the soundbar..
