Good morning,
 I've purchased a soundbar q800t model and i am trying to connect the subwoofer, i tried for days now but still no luck with the ID SET button.

The blue light still keeps bleeping. 

Can someone help me and give me any advice,??

Is the soundbar connected to your WiFi and Bluetooth on?

As an input i tried only bluetooth

Is connected to Bluetooth, but like i said i can not pair my subwoofer, i hold the button for 5 sec then after the volume button till ID set ,,,and after the light behind subwoofer still bleeping blue
