Changed my WiFi provider and my Samsung soundbar has no sound

Hi, I've just changed Internet providers and now my Samsung S800B soundbar doesn't show on my Samsung TV output. There is no option showing it anymore. I've managed to link it to Samsung Smarthings but it shows sound as none. I asked Samsung for support and they advised me to contact my Internet provider to see if they can connect to 2.4ghz instead of 5. It was working find when I bought it and set it all up on my old Internet provider.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I would assume you got a new router? What ISP did you change to? It can be reconfigured if the frequency it needs adjustment but easier if you ask them to do it or walk you through it
