Bluetooth device connected but no sound.

On the 2nd of January I got my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. I used my bluetooth earbuds on a daily base and never a problem. Untill last night (January 9th) My earbuds are connected but give no sound. They make the connected sound and in the bluetooth settings I see that calls, audio and input device are on. But whenever I play a song on Spotify or YouTube music it doesn't give a sound. When I try to play a video the video doesn't give a sound and the video doesn't play or plays very very slow and falters. I reseted the networks, and disconnected the bluetooth earbuds. I restarted the phone and when I connect the bluetooth again it does work for a little while, but if the bluetooth is disconnected and reconnected it doesn't work anymore. I've tried two other pairs of bluetooth earbuds and a bluetooth speaker but non of them work. I've tried several things but nothing works, it used to work perfectly so I hope it will again because listening music is the thing I do most on my phone! I hope someone can help me!

Omdat jouw toestel een beschadigd scherm heeft zal een reparatie helaas niet onder garantie hersteld kunnen worden. Wanneer je het toestel bij ons aanmeldt voor een reparatie zal deze volledig hersteld worden naar de fabrieksspecificaties. Nadat het toestel is hersteld kan je ook, indien nodig, weer aanspraak maken op het restant van de fabrieksgarantie.

 

Via onze website kan je het toestel aanmelden voor een reparatie, je kan dan kiezen voor de ophaalservice of een bezoek aan één van onze service punten, in het service centrum wordt jouw telefoon dan verder onderzocht.

From your home screen, swipe down from the top of your screen to open the Notification panel.
Touch the Settings icon.
Swipe to and touch General management.
Touch Reset.
Touch Reset network settings.
Touch RESET SETTINGS.
Again, touch RESET SETTINGS to confirm your decision.

So to be clear, you have no bluetooth audio on multiple devices?  Are you sure the volume is turned on?

No the bluetooth audio is only connected to one divice the and volume is on.

I have the same issue too. I buy taotronic headphone. İt work my old samsung a5 and s8 but not work on my phone. It connect but not have any sound from audio.

Fixed it! In Developer Options toggled on "Disable Bluetooth A2DP hardware offload".

Did the trick for my, very frustrating, Bluetooth audio issue!
