Hello,
I'd suggest you to clear data of the Galaxy Store app and reopen it again.
You can start by closing the Galaxy Store in recent apps.
If you go to Settings, Applications, Galaxy Store, Storage, Clear data and open Galaxy Store again.
Does the issue occur again?

Please try again and if it happens take a screenshot and within 3 minutes submit an error report on the Galaxy Store.
Go to Menu tab, Settings (Gear Icon), Contact Us, Send feedback, pencil icon on the right bottom corner. Describe the situation, attach both the screenshot and the system log data and please wait for a response from the Samsung Members support Team.
