Subtitles not working UE58RU7100

Subtitles on my new tv model no. UE58RU7100 not working. My pictures come via Sky (Ireland), regards Tankie1

@Tankie1: To enable subtitles on your TV please go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Caption Settings > Captions > On. If you have a Sky box connected to the TV then please press Home on the Sky remote and go to Settings > Accessibility > Subtitles > On.

I'm having the same issue!! Can't use the sky remote to watch ALL 4 and when I switch to the smart remote the subtitles DON'T WORK.
