I recently bought a QE55Q7FN tv. I tried playing from a cloud HDD I have connected on my network and the subtitles do not work. The files are all good as I tried with mkv files and their .srt that in my previous TVs (a Samsung and an LG) were working fine.
How is it possible that a 2018 tv cannot see/read the subtitles file from an external source?!
This is ridiculous! Is there a solution for this posted somewhere?
