QN85Q70 USB mkv subtitles show first line ONLY!

I'm playing a mkv movie with vobsub subtitles from an external drive and I can't get the subtitles to keep playing. Only the first one. And then the disappear and no more subtitles are shown.

I have FW 2103.8

Any ideas? Thanks a lot!

What file format are you using? I read VobSub produces .sub files which is not supported. You need to find a converter so you can use .srt files. Other formats are supported if you Google them.

According  to the manual, MKV video file with vobsub is supported....

The strange thing is that I see it PERFECT on the my brother´s QN55 and QN82 but not on the QN85. And the strangest thing is that it only show me the first subtitle only.

It´s a FW problem.

Sorry I wasn't much help. Stuff like this can be so frustrating. Just wondering if you've tried a different file format for the subtitles? Have you tried MP4 files and subtitles?

Any help is welcome!!!! 

Srt works fine but convert the vobsub to srt and/or mkv to mp4 isn´t an option, I have a lot of movies. And yes, it´s so frustrating.... Thanks a lot!
