I have a new pair of Galaxy earbuds. I downloaded the wearable app on my ipad and it says it is not compatible. Okay it is old. I tried to download it on my One Plus phone and when I try to open the app a screen comes up with items I can do with this app such as connect and check status, access advanced features. There is a start button. when I click start it says "Unable to use Galaxy Wearable. Tap SETTINGS, then allow the following permissions and try again: " There are no permissions listed. The only options are to click on cancel or settings. When I click on settings It brings me to a screen that says Galaxy Wearable with numerous settings. Do I have to allow all of the items listed there? There are headings such as notifications, permissions, storage and cache, battery, etc. Some of that does not make sense (battery??). Help! By the way I won these earbuds and would really like to use them.

@Cori21: You will be required to allow certain permissions in the Galaxy Wearable app in order to gain access to it, and pair your Galaxy Buds. When you next open the app and get the notification mentioned above, tap on Settings, then Permissions, and enable all permissions here. Please be aware, however, that the Wearable app is not required to use your Buds, as you can simply place them in their charging case, put the case near your phone, and open the lid to enter pairing mode.
