How Can I use the same ringtone on my watch7 that is the same as the ringtone on my phone s24 ultra ?

Is it custom rightone you want to set on your watch same as on your phone or stock one?

Custom I've tried everything with my wear file Explorer I can get the ringtone showing with the standard ringtones but when phone rings my watch 7 only vibrates , I can get the custom ringtone sound as a notification but not when I get a call it's silence

Have you checked if Sounds and Vibrations" and made sure that the ringtone is not on Silent. Also make sure that Call vibration" is not silent too? Also check if do not disturb mode is off

There are definitely all on as the basic tones on the watch sounds when I get a call , and tho I can use the custom ringtone as a notification sound and that plays when I get a message . It's not playing when set as ringtone ( I've read elsewhere that samsung has blocked custom ringtones

You can't. Before the 6.0 update, i was able to work around it on my watch 6, and now that's been taken away
