I recall having this issue previously but cannot find the thread, I cannot add or find smartthings on my watch as an app or tile?

Hi,

I don't think it is installed by default. On my GW4 Classic, I had to download it. Should be available in Google Play store.

Nothing but problems with
Galaxy watch5 .I am close to restoring factory settings on phone to see if that will allow set up.
Or its getting sold on.

You're right you have to download it, I have GW5 Pro and had to download it to show up

I recall trying it with the SGW4 and it wasn't working, this time was easy and intuitive.

Good to know it works at longer distances, handy when shopping or cycling in the forest
