Best to file an error report via Galaxy Wearable app > click on 3 lines in the top left corner > click on the Gear icon > Contact us or via Samsung Members app > Support > Send Feedback > Error report.
I had reported this issue in October and Samsung Support asked me to file an error report. No response on the error report though.
