Sleep interuption control with Fit 3

Problem when , during the sleep, you wake up and walk 2-3 minuts before going back to sleep. The Fit 3 regularly only records  the first part and not the second one, or only the second part without the first part. Result is even if I slept enough, the Fit announces a bad night. Is it possible to correct this ? Thanks in advance

How snug is the fit?

Also not 100% with the Fit3, but check the watch and wearable app settings that health battery saving is Off.

I use my Ultra 99% of the time, but do like the fit of my Fit3.
